Shipping Policy

Seasonal and subscription boxes are shipped are shipping on an annually determined schedule.  Typically shipping is in May for the Spring Box, July for the Summer Box, September for the Fall Box and December for the Winter Box.

All other Glamping Essentials orders are processed within 5-7 business days, with the exception of orders placed on weekends and holidays.

Glamping Essentials items seasonal, subscription and gift boxes can only be shipped within Canada.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation.  Once your order has been shipped, we will email you your tracking information.
